We want you to be able to make an informed choice before you order. Here's exactly what's in the bag, the allergen information, and where the coffee comes from. Any questions, email [email protected].
Ingredients
Every bag is a single ingredient: 100% speciality Arabica coffee. Nothing added, nothing hidden. The Bonk, The Drafter and the rest are our names for the blend in the bag; the coffee itself is supplied as whole beans or freshly ground to the grind you choose at checkout.
Allergens
Our coffee contains none of the 14 major allergens required to be declared under UK law: celery; cereals containing gluten; crustaceans; eggs; fish; lupin; milk; molluscs; mustard; peanuts; sesame; soya; sulphur dioxide (sulphites); and tree nuts.
If you have a severe allergy, please email us before ordering and we'll confirm the latest details with our roastery, including how the coffee is handled and packed. Full allergen and ingredient information is also printed on every bag, in line with UK food labelling rules.
Ethically & transparently sourced
The green coffee behind every blend is bought through transparent, traceable supply chains. Each coffee is traceable back to its origin and producer group, growers are paid well above the baseline commodity price, and we back long-term relationships with smallholder farmers who farm with the environment in mind — soil health, climate resilience and proper agronomic support. Good coffee shouldn't cost the earth, or the people who grow it.
Roasted to order
Your coffee is roasted fresh to order by a small, family-run specialty roastery in West Yorkshire, then sent straight out — never left sitting around. The roast date, net weight and best-before are printed on each bag.
Storage
Keep it somewhere cool, dark and dry, and re-seal it between brews. It's best enjoyed within a few weeks of the roast date, while the flavour's at its peak.
