These terms govern your purchase of products from the Cycle Bros website. By placing an order you agree to them. Cycle Bros is operated by [registered business / trading name], [business address], contact [email protected].
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK postage. We do our best to describe our coffee accurately, but as a natural product roast and flavour may vary slightly between batches. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Orders
When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send your order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a product is unavailable), we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the card types shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Your coffee is roasted fresh by our roasting partner and dispatched within a few working days of your order; typical UK delivery is 2-3 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because our coffee is a perishable food product, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once it has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we'll put it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Our liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
